Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026. This policy summarises how we handle your personal data on the ELEVATE platform under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the AI Act (EU 2024/1689).
Data controller
Intercultures, in charge of the ELEVATE project co-funded by the European Union. For any question about your data, write to your usual contact point at Intercultures.
Data we process
- Profile: name, email, language, training role.
- Progress through modules, stages and practices.
- Journal entries and participation in Team Quests.
- Messages exchanged with the AI assistant (ELEVATE AI Coach).
- Minimal technical logs for security and audit purposes.
AI assistant (ELEVATE AI Coach)
The ELEVATE coach is an AI system, not a person. It is designed to support your reflection on the training and on your team, not to evaluate you or take decisions about you (training, progress or access to services).
Model processor: the language model is provided by Mistral AI (Paris, France), an EU company. Your messages are processed in the EU at the moment each response is generated. Mistral AI acts as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Retention: conversations with the coach are stored in your account so you can review them. You can export or delete them from Settings.
Legal basis: performance of the training agreement and legitimate interest in offering you reflective support during the programme.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of and port your data. From Settings you can download all your information as JSON or delete your account entirely.
